MEP Electrical Coordination & Clash Detection

I help construction teams coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection before problems reach the field. That means building clean, well-structured Revit models, running Navisworks clash detection with focused, trade-by-trade rule sets, and keeping coordination moving so conflicts get resolved on the model instead of on site.

Revit Automation with pyRevit & Dynamo

When a team is repeating the same manual task — re-hosting fixtures, populating panel schedules, checking circuit assignments, or batch-exporting data — I build custom pyRevit buttons and Dynamo scripts that turn it into a single click. Everything is documented so the team can maintain it themselves.

Power System Design & Studies

Beyond modeling, I design MV/LV power distribution systems and run the electrical studies that keep them safe and code-compliant — load flow, short-circuit, voltage drop, and protective device coordination — using ETAP, and produce construction-ready documentation and single-line diagrams.
